International Orders

Plastic Novelty Yard Glass is happy to ship your order to you anywhere in the World.

We accept credit cards for International orders if you are kind enough to follow these rules...

RULES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY- Please include the name and telephone number of the bank that issued your credit card so that we can verify your identification. We will then call your bank to verify the card number matches your name and address...this is for your protection. Also please mail or fax (FAX Tele. 508-256-0288) copies of the following four-
1) a copy of your credit card statement,
2) a copy of your actual credit card front and back,
3) your signature, and
4) a copy of your Driver's License or picture ID card
(This is needed for the FIRST order only so that we can establish your identity of our INTERNATIONAL customers…future international orders will not require this)

Or if you prefer, you are welcome to send a money order or bank cashier's check in US Dollars Only.

International orders can only be sent to your credit card billing address. We are sorry for the inconvenience to our INTERNATIONAL customers, but the illegal use of stolen credit card numbers has regretfully made these precautions necessary when shipping outside of the United States. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or redirected INTERNATIONAL orders and merchandise not received.

Because we ship Plastic Novelty Yard Glasses to so many countries around the world, it is impossible for us to constantly keep up with the import and customs regulations and charges for each city, region and country. For this reason please be advised that it is the responsibility of each of our international customers to be aware of the customs taxes, tariffs, and import duties for their particular region. We can let you know the cost of the items you ordered and the shipping charges, but the customs taxes and import duties are your responsibility.

On international orders, we do not ship to Second Parties. For customers outside of the United States, we will only ship to the person ordering the merchandise (the name on the credit card)...not to another person at another address.

For U.S. customers shipping inside the U.S., we are happy to send an item or gift to a second party at a different address after we verify your identity with your credit card company.

      Please write down the following information on a sheet of paper:
        1. Item Number (example: Item # 160H-Y )
        2. How many of that item you want to order
        3. A BRIEF description of the item ( Guitar designed 22oz yard glass )
        4. What size you want ( 22oz or 50oz )
        5. What color you want

Next, please total up your purchase amount by adding up the following
        1. The cost of the product (Quantity X Price per Item = Cost)
        2. The shipping & handling cost
                -To Europe, the UK and Scandinavia, add a minimum of $19 for up to 2 pounds, shipping time about 14 working days
                -To Australia, Japan and other countries across the Pacific, add a minimum of $24 for up to 2 pounds, shipping time about 10 days
                -To Canada, add a minimum of $9 for up to 2 pounds
                -To Mexico & the Caribbean, add a minimum of $20 for up to 2 pounds, shipping time about 7 working days
        Customer is responsible for paying any taxes, tariffs, etc. imposed by their country.

Our in-house processing time is usually between 2 and 15 working days (sometimes longer on some items that are backordered). If you have a special occasion coming up in the immediate future, contact us to see if we can speed-up processing to get it out by your deadline.

TERMS OF SALE
All items are inspected before being shipped. If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) within thirty (30) days of the shipping date printed on the Sales Receipt for a refund. It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a refund check to be issued. There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made US. so double check that you have the item #, description, size and color written correctly before you place your order. Please call us (508-587-4741) for a Return Authorization Number. Packages returned without a visible Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) may be refused.
